Me pareció excelente el espacio
Tuvimos una noche que no pudimos dormir bien por escándalo de una familia con niños que hasta deshoras estuvieron jugando gritando
El sofá de la sala cojines huelen muy feo como que alguien duerme ahi
No pudomos activar Internet
También por ventanas de sala por debajo se metieron algunos animales como una avispa la sacamos a terraza y se volvía a meter aun la puerta de vidrio cerrada

We stayed for 13 nights due to a family situation in Guadalajara. The room was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. The TV was the largest I've seen in a hotel room. We did not deal much with the staff, but the room was cleaned when we asked and the front desk handled a few situations that arose very professionally. Definitely 5 stars. We will stay again on our next trip.

Floor was dirty, the 2 table chairs were broken, the couch was dirty and smelled, only 1 small fan and it was broken,, extremely hot,, 5 days and no cleaning, asked for clean towels and was told to contact someone else, got a nasty email about trash that I was to take out , no toilet paper, had to buy some, only good thing was the location, would not stay again, can NOT recommend, should get a refund

"The rooms are spacious and clean and very simple with a nice views from the lake. The stuff very helpful and professional. The restaurant and bar be patient the waitress and waiters are very slow and distracted on the phone or socializing, so you need to be on top The food it’s OK not the best"
